About Strate Accounting & Payroll
Sonja R. Humpfer, owner of Strate Accounting & Payroll, has enjoyed accounting since high school. She went on to obtain her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Mount Mercy College, with a minor in Business Administration.
From 1990 – 2010, Sonja gained experience in a variety of roles; including Assistant Controller / HR Manager, bookkeeper, accounts payable manager, accounting manager for companies like Allied Glass Products, Lil’ Drug Store Products, LLC., The Ar-Jay Center, Iowa Fluid Power, Dale McGrath Construction, and the Terry Durin Company. In 2010 she started Pfabio Accounting and Payroll LLC. from her home in Alburnett before moving to a shared office space in Central City. The company, now known as Strate Accounting & Payroll LLC., is located at 220 Northland Ct NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52402.
Sonja is a highly-skilled professional Accountant known for prioritizing her client’s needs. She has been featured in the “Who is Who of Professional Women”, and is also a QuickBooks Certified Pro Advisor.
